ONWARD SEARCH is hiring: Graphic Designer II in Seattle

We're partnering with our client to find a talented Graphic Designer II to support a North American Retail/Ecom team.
The ideal candidate has past experience in Retail Design, including digital layouts within a UX flow, and masking and manipulating images in Photoshop.
GRAPHIC DESIGNER II RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop web-ready graphics following established style and brand guidelines within a fast-paced environment.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project needs and deliver consistent, high-quality images.
* Perform image editing, masking, and color adjustments using Photoshop or Figma for various assets.
* Export images according to technical specifications and prepare files for development teams.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
GRAPHIC DESIGNER II QUALIFICATIONS:
* Portfolio showing Digital Design, Retail Design, Ecommerce Design, and Photoshop Work
* Minimum of 2-4+ years experience working in a web production setting.
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and ability to perform image touch-ups and enhancements.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Retail web experience is advantageous, along with familiarity with colorizing, masking, and sizing images; knowledge of ImageMagick is preferred but not required.
* Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience.
