Role Responsibilities • Manage and develop business from a list of advertising agencies and brand-direct assignments • Set meetings with key ad agency and brand decision makers to present the BCTV offering • Execute in-person and video presentations outlining the BCTV offering • Develop impactful advertising and marketing solutions to be presented to ad agency and brand decision makers based upon agency/brand meetings, RFP’s or other opportunities • Negotiate terms of advertising and marketing partnership commitments • Service agreements secured through your efforts • Build and maintain pipeline reports for the business that you are developing • Prospect new business and maintain a high level of lead generation to consistently increase client base • Support vision and values of the team and BCTV • Collaborate with internal support staff to implement client advertising campaigns. The successful candidate will manage our sales team, collaborate with senior management to oversee operations, and handle some lease renewals.
