We are in a growth mode and need to find an operations manager who can get and keep us organized so we can continue to do the innovative work we’ve been doing for the past eight years. There is room to grow into this position in terms of community based work as it relates to government relations, the houseless community, resilience and emergency preparation, transportation, waste prevention, community outreach and place making, or in the focus area that is your passion. • Equipment inventory, management and training staff on all office equipment and systems that we use • Familiarity with accounting, bookkeeping, and budgeting for a small office 4 year college degree in business management, organization development, project management preferred; or demonstrated life experience that hits the mark in terms of the experience we are seeking.
