Candidate must have prior experience handling Operations, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, Excellent communication and people skills (written and verbal). Responsibilities: Candidate will guide and build our organization to be a cohesive performance oriented team and ensure talent identification, training and grooming future leaders in order to meet expat replacement plan. Candidate will focus on consistent delivery of performance to plan, quality and productivity improvements. Candidate will drive to create best in class manufacturing aligning to manufacturing strategies of the Company and all other processes/procedures, which will include Operations, Engineering, Technical, Quality, and Procurement. The Candidate must be willing to travel for training, organizing and improving quality of work for operations staff in China, and India.
