OPS Graphic Design & Marketing Assistant

Collaborate with various departments and teams to understand their marketing needs and create effective designs that meet their objectives.
Assist with developing and maintaining the university's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing to continually improve the university's marketing efforts.
Use creative thinking and problem-solving skills to come up with innovative design solutions for various projects.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within given deadlines.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote the university's events, programs, and initiatives.
Maintain and organize a library of design assets, including logos, images, and templates, for easy access by the marketing team.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of design projects.
Uphold the university's values and standards in all design and marketing activities.
