OPS Graphic Designer - Student Publications

If you possess strong design skills and meet the qualifications listed below, we encourage you to apply and become a part of our team.\n\nDesign and create visually appealing graphics for various publications and materials, including but not limited to magazines, newsletters, flyers, and social media posts.\n\nCollaborate with the team to develop and execute creative concepts and ideas that effectively convey the message and brand of the university.\n\nUtilize design software and tools to bring ideas to life and produce high-quality, professional designs that meet the needs and objectives of the Office of Student Publications.\n\nEnsure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in visual identity across all publications.\n\nStay up-to-date with current design trends and techniques to continually improve and enhance the visual communication of our publications.\n\nManage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.\n\nCommunicate and collaborate effectively with team members, providing and receiving constructive feedback to continuously improve designs.\n\nAdapt to changing priorities and handle new tasks and challenges as needed.\n\nActively seek out and incorporate feedback from stakeholders in the university community to create visually impactful designs that resonate with the target audience.\n\nDemonstrate a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and dedication to producing high-quality designs that align with the mission and values of the Office of Student Publications.\n\nMaintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a collaborative and supportive team environment.\n\nAttend meetings and presentations to discuss design concepts and updates on projects.\n\nAdhere to all university policies and procedures related to graphic design and publication production.
