OPS Student Assistant Graphic Designer

Classification Minimum Requirements:

* Currently enrolled as a University of Florida student.
* Experience using **Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator**.
* Basic understanding of typography, layout, color, and graphic design principles.
* Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.

Job Description:

* Design signage, posters, banners, displays, and other print materials.
* Create and edit layouts using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
* Prepare artwork and files for printing and production.
* Assist with event materials, publications, promotional graphics, and other design projects.
* Make revisions based on feedback and follow established UF and DCP brand standards.
* Help organize design files and project assets.

Up to **20 hours per week**, with scheduling flexibility around classes.

Expected Salary:

$15/hr

Required Qualifications:

* Currently enrolled as a University of Florida student.
* Experience using **Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator**.
* Basic understanding of typography, layout, color, and graphic design principles.
* Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.

Preferred:

* Experience with **Adobe Photoshop**.
* Experience designing for print, signage, or large-format graphics.
* Familiarity with preparing files for professional printing.

Students from graphic design, visual communication, advertising, architecture, digital arts, and related programs are encouraged to apply.
