We prioritize impactful storytelling complemented by gorgeous design to market our brand.We’re looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help elevate our brand across digital, print, and social platforms.What You’ll DoAs a Graphic Designer at Optifino, you’ll work closely with our marketing and revenue teams to design assets that capture attention and communicate our message clearly.Key Responsibilities- Design digital and print marketing materials including social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures, presentations,whitepapers, ebooks, event collateral, and advertisements- Support website and landing page designs with graphic elements and layouts- Work on and manage creative projects from concept through execution, incorporating feedback from stakeholders- Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and best practicesWhat We’re Looking ForRequired Skills & Experience:- 2+ years of graphic design experience (agency or in-house preferred)- Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, and print work- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite + Canva + Figma- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for typography, color, and layout- Excellent communication and collaboration skillsBonus Points For:- Hubspot certification (or experience)- Experience with motion graphics or video editing- Familiarity with web design platforms (WordPress or similar)- Experience with HTML + CSSWhy Join Us?- Opportunity to shape the visual identity of an emerging brand- Creative freedom and a collaborative, supportive team culture- Flexible hybrid work environment- Competitive pay, health insurance, vision and PTO provided.Optifino is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind. The actual salary offered will be determined by factors including location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
