Posting DetailsPosting Details Position Title OSE Graphic Designer and Marketing Student Specialist Student Status Work Study Optional -You are not required to be a Federal Work Study Recipient to hold this position. 15 Description of Primary Duties Creates printed and electronic material for the Office of Student Engagement by utilizing available desktop publishing software and becoming proficient in new software programs and versions.Produces effective publications, from concept to delivery, by participating in project interviews, developing concepts and designs, communicating with clients, and producing proofs.Operates within deadlines established for various projects by following an established production schedule, preparing specifications for print vendors, verifying that the assigned project is completed and ready to deliver, and archiving the work electronically and in hard copy.Coordinate marketing efforts for the Office of Student Engagement including all department social media platforms, blogs, websites and marketing materials.Required Qualifications Team membersare student employees and must meet all University requirements to work on campus.Minimum GPA: 2.0Minimum enrolled credit hours for U.S. & International students.Ability to follow directions and manage time.Basic knowledge and understanding of graphic design conceptsBasic knowledge and understanding of Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)Must demonstrate talent as a designer, including the ability to combine function and visual appearance to achieve successful communicationRequired CertificationsAdditional QualificationsSpecial Instructions to Applicants Application must include three examples of print or social media marketing materials you have created.
