Package Designer

Join our dynamic team and play a key role in bringing Dollar Tree's private brands and products to life through innovative packaging, product design, and corporate artwork that enhances customer experience and strengthens our brand portfolio. Maintain the quality, accuracy, and consistency of private label brands, product design, and packaging across multiple product categories.Develop and maintain standardized GBI/Dollar Tree art boards, templates, and design standards.Review corporate artwork and provide technical feedback to art houses to ensure compliance with Dollar Tree standards.Utilize legal databases to ensure proper trademark usage across all private brand packaging.Review digital and print proofs to ensure creative accuracy, technical compliance, and execution of design intent. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience.3–5 years of experience in CPG graphic design, creative production, packaging design, or project management.Strong understanding of consumer packaged goods (CPG) design, branding principles, and packaging regulations.Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop, in an Apple/Macintosh environment.Experience working with Microsoft 365 and project management software.Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, branding, and product development processes.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when reviewing and proofing packaging artwork.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
