Package Designer and Illustrator

Compensation Range: $32 - 37 per hour

We are seeking a talented Package Designer and Illustrator for a high-impact, short-term creative project. This is a 100% remote contract focused on developing intricate, production-ready artwork featuring mythical themes.

You will be responsible for developing 3-4 unique design options centered around a "Phoenix and Fire" theme. While we have established design directions and AI-generated reference concepts to guide you, we need a skilled artist to translate these into polished, original, and professional-grade illustrations.

Responsibilities:
• Synthesize existing design ideas and AI references into original illustrative concepts.
• Develop and iterate on 3-4 distinct options for the Phoenix and Fire artwork.
• Prepare first-round designs for review within the first two weeks of the project.
• Ensure final assets are technically sound and ready for production use.

Qualifications:
• Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (all final work must be in a production-ready vector format).
• Stylistic Range: Ability to create dynamic, high-detail illustrations with a focus on elemental effects (fire, light, energy).
• Efficiency: Ability to work within a condensed 4-week timeline and meet mid-project milestones.
• Communication: Strong ability to take creative direction and feedback from the design team.
