Packaging Design Specialist

The Packaging Design Specialist is responsible for managing day-to-day packaging artwork requests and specifications while ensuring brand consistency. Position must maintain artwork workflow, collaborate with various teams, and utilize software to track and manage artwork across different partners. Tracking Packaging Workflow and Deliverables • Track and schedule artwork workflow from initial request to final deliverables • Communicate deadlines, monitor progress, resolve problems, and ensure timely action in all artwork tasks Artwork • Using Adobe Illustrator, prepare artwork for print production • Effectively manage multiple packaging design projects concurrently and within deadlines • Distribute and maintain artwork files ensuring brand consistency • Review and troubleshoot design proofs and communicate with team, vendors and partners overseas and in-house during production process • Support other graphic related projects • Manage all artwork and communications • Organize content systematically for easy access Qualifications and Skills Required • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or closely related field • 5+ years' relevant experience working in packaging design field and project management • Strong software aptitude in Adobe Suite, Microsoft products, data management software.
