Packaging/Graphic Designer Qualifications & Experience: • 5+ years’ experience with a background in packaging design, preferably in the home goods industry, with a strong understanding of brand/graphic design • Expert understanding of all aspects of packaging components, including packaging structure, dyeline creation, preparing files for printer/vendor • Expert use of Adobe Creative Suite • Experience with 3D programs is a plus • Portfolio of design work showcasing ability to conceptualize, design and execute current packaging • Strong design, verbal, organizational, and time management skills with ability to prioritize and meet multiple project deadlines • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral • Embraces change, challenges and makes recommendations for improvements to products and processes • Strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment Forged in the heart of New York City's fashion district, American Exchange Group is driven to blend fast fashion and current trends with classic styles.
