About The Role We are looking for a Packaging & Graphic Designer to join our dynamic AX Personal Care team. Location: This is a full-time, on-site position based at our headquarters in New York City. Qualifications & Experience • 1+ years’ experience with a background in packaging design with a strong understanding of brand/graphic design • Expert understanding of all aspects of packaging components, including packaging structure, dyeline creation, preparing files for printer/vendor • Expert use of Adobe Creative Suite • Experience with 3D programs is a plus • Portfolio of design work showcasing ability to conceptualize, design and execute current packaging • Strong design, verbal, organizational, and time management skills with ability to prioritize and meet multiple project deadlines • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral • Embraces change, challenges and makes recommendations for improvements to products and processes • Strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment
