Our client, an American multi-level marketing company specializing in health, beauty, and home care products, is seeking a Package Designer.This is a 12-month contract opportunity.This position will be on-site in Grand Rapids, MI, Mon-Fri. May later go hybrid.Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented packaging designer to support the need for high-quality packaging assets and fast, efficient production workflows.This role will focus on creating accurate and visually compelling product pack shots, silhouette photography, and related packaging visuals that help bring our products to life across digital and print channels.The ideal candidate is highly proficient in photoshop, illustrator and 3D design software, withthe ability to produce, refine, and optimize packaging assets at speed while maintaining exceptional accuracy and brand consistency.Working closely with cross-functional partners, the packaging designer will help work with the packaging processes and ensure packaging deliverables meet both creative and operational needs.This role requires someone who is technically strong, highly organized, and able to balance creative craftmanship with the ability to work under varying timelines.Responsibilities & Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree Required Minimum 4 years' experience in packaging design, product rendering, or similar visual production rolesAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and illustrator, with strong experience in 3D design software (i.e. Cinema 4D, Blender, Dimension, KeyShot)must adhere to the usage of our AI policiesDemonstrate ability to create accurate, polished pack shots and packaging visuals with exceptional attention to detailStrong understanding of packaging principles, print requirements, and digital asset productionAbility to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing qualityExcellent organizational skills, including asset management, version control, and adherence to workflow processStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner closely with cross-functional teams.A portfolio showcasing packaging, product imagery, and 3D rendered work is required, please send to [email protected] upon submission.
