The Worthington Enterprises Consumer Products Marketing team is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a focus on packaging production to join our fast-paced Creative Services team. Packaging & Print Design Execution, Digital & Cross-Functional Creative Support, Asset Production, Brand Consistency Brand Consistency Across Channels • Partner with the Creative Services team to ensure cohesive visual identity across packaging, print, in-store, and digital assets • Apply consistent brand elements across all assigned projects Professional Development & Feedback Integration • Apply feedback from senior creatives to continually improve design execution and brand understanding • Engage in design reviews, training, and skill-building to stay current on tools, standards, and packaging trends Qualifications • Proven professional graphic design experience, with a strong focus on retail packaging and print for in-store and online • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), with a solid understanding of pre-press workflows and packaging production standards • Demonstrated ability to design within brand, regulatory, and retailer specifications, including dielines, compliance content, and supplier guidelines • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently • High attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency across visual assets • Experience preparing production-ready, press-accurate files for supplier handoff • Comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams including creative, digital marketing, regulatory, brand, and supply chain • Working knowledge of file management, version control, and production QA processes • Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and asset adaptation workflows • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a growth mindset.
