About The Role We are looking for a Packaging & Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Personal Care team. Location: This is a full-time, on-site position based at our headquarters in New York City. 5+ years’ experience with a background in packaging design with a strong understanding of brand/graphic design Expert understanding of all aspects of packaging components, including packaging structure, dyeline creation, preparing files for printer/vendor Expert use of Adobe Creative Suite Experience with 3D programs is a plus Portfolio of design work showcasing ability to conceptualize, design and execute current packaging Strong design, verbal, organizational, and time management skills with ability to prioritize and meet multiple project deadlines Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Embraces change, challenges and makes recommendations for improvements to products and processes Strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment
