Packaging Graphic Designer

The Worthington Enterprises Consumer Products Marketing team is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a focus on packaging production to join our fast-paced Creative Services team. This role plays a critical part in bringing consumer products to life through thoughtful, brand-aligned, and production-ready packaging design. Packaging & Print Design Execution, Digital & Cross-Functional Creative Support, Asset Production, Brand Consistency Apply feedback from senior creatives to continually improve design execution and brand understandingEngage in design reviews, training, and skill-building to stay current on tools, standards, and packaging trends Qualifications Proven professional graphic design experience, with a strong focus on retail packaging and print for in-store and online Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), with a solid understanding of pre-press workflows and packaging production standardsDemonstrated ability to design within brand, regulatory, and retailer specifications, including dielines, compliance content, and supplier guidelinesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independentlyHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency across visual assetsExperience preparing production-ready, press-accurate files for supplier handoffComfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams including creative, digital marketing, regulatory, brand, and supply chainWorking knowledge of file management, version control, and production QA processesFamiliarity with AI-powered design tools and asset adaptation workflowsPositive attitude, strong communication skills, and a growth mindset.
