To us, packaging is much more than a box—it’s delivering what’s right for our customers, their customers, our people, and the planet.About the Role We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience to join our dynamic creative team. to create and refine graphics, layouts, and visual elements.Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives, maintaining a consistent and cohesive visual identity.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects.Prepare and present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design work.What You'll NeedBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design.Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects.Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Additional Qualifications (Preferred): Familiarity with web design and UX/UI principles.Knowledge of print production processes and specifications.What We OfferThe salary range for this role is $70K USD - $80K USD; however, Packsize considers several factors when determining compensation when extending a job offer, including but not limited to, the role being offered, the associated responsibilities, the candidate's prior work experience, education/training, and any special skills.If this role excites you but you don’t meet each requirement listed, we encourage you to apply anyway.
