Assist the Creative team with day-to-day support across graphic design for social media, email, and retail needsAssist with creative projects including mood boards, photo books, presentations, campaign references, and visual storytelling materialsSupport social media initiatives by helping brainstorm content ideas, monitor trends, and contribute fresh concepts that align with the LoveShackFancy brand voice and communityCollaborate cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, PR, Retail, and Ecommerce to support brand initiativesContribute innovative ideas and insights to help elevate customer engagement and strengthen brand storytelling across platforms Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Advertising, or a related field A portfolio of design work (student projects, personal work, or previous internship experience) required with applicationGraphic design proficiency with a strong understanding of typography and layoutProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required; experience with Figma and/or Canva is a plusHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of the LoveShackFancy brand aesthetic, voice, and customer communityFamiliarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, and an eye for emerging social trendsStrong verbal and written communication skillsCollaborative, proactive, and eager to learn in a team-oriented environmentAbility to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities with a positive attitudePrevious internship or creative experience is a plus, but not required
