Is responsible for concepting and executing high-level visual solutions that support brand strategy and business objectives. Collaborates closely with cross-functional partners and provides mentorship to the design team to ensure consistent, high-quality creative output across all marketing channels.Brings a strong design sensibility, deep knowledge of branding and visual systems and a proactive mindset to drive creative excellence. Projects include campaigns, digital and social content, print collateral, environmental graphics, presentations and more.Directly supervises Graphic Designers, including hiring, conducting performance reviews and addressing any disciplinary actions as needed.EducationBachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is requiredExperienceRequires a minimum of 7-12 years of professional design experience.
