Seeking a highly motivated person for part time (no benefits) executive assistant position in small 6 person architectural office. Candidate will be super organized, neat and have a penchant for clean orderly work spaces. Day to day activities include answering and screening phone calls, writing proposals, sending correspondence to clients, coordinating phone conferences, maintaining office files, organizing office supplies, creating spreadsheets, and facilities management. Personal assistant duties will include scheduling for the executive, managing appointments, finding and vetting vendors for home maintenance projects, on line shopping, shipping and other small errands and tasks as needed. Candidates will also be responsible for working with the marketing team and coordinating with marketing vendors.
