Part-Time Clean Energy - Graphics and Marketing Intern - Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES Graphic Support and Development • Serve as in-house graphics expert and creator (Adobe InDesign and Illustrator) • Design and produce whitepapers, social media graphics, product flyers, and PowerPoint presentations. Digital Marketing • Help maintain and update the four Strategen-run websites: o California Energy Storage Alliance (www.storagealliance.org) o Strategen (www.strategen.com) o Green Hydrogen Coalition (www.ghcoalition.org) o Vehicle Grid Integration Council (www.vgicouncil.org) • Updating records and develop reports via Customer Relationship Management software program • Track web analytics in monthly report to identify trends and find improvements • Support webinar programs • Support Customer Relationship Management database updates • Support social media needs as required Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Art / Design/ Marketing / English / Political Science / Sociology / Environmental Studies/ Economics or other related field or are within 1.5 years of completing such degree Experience and Skills: • Excellent Graphic design skills in Adobe Suite (samples/portfolio will be requested) • Professional office experience or work-from-home experience for a remote employer • Proficiency on a PC (preferred over MAC) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail • Communicative, team player • A can-do, helpful attitude • Able to work during core business hours: 9 AM-5 PM Pacific Time Additional consideration given for the following skills and experience: • Familiarity with marketing and web tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Squarespace, GoToMeeting ) • Experience and/or demonstrated commitment to the energy industry or another sustainability- related field To Apply: To apply, please send a resume, cover letter, and graphic design samples or a portfolio/website with “Graphics Intern” in the subject to hr@strategen.com.
