• Design topic pages, news pages, special sections, Lists, public records and other inside pages for multiple Business Journal markets • Design cover and cover stories for print and digital platforms as needed • Build the dummy for weekly papers; interact with Ad Director, Editor and other market staff about space needs and changes during the production cycle • Tone photos and create PDFs • Fill in for designers and jump into different projects and tasks on deadline • Attend and participate in editorial planning meetings • Identify and attend training opportunities • Take on other duties assigned by Regional Creative Director and VP/Design as needed
