This position is suited for someone who can both design polished marketing assets and actively capture real-world content that supports sales and brand visibility. Responsibilities Design and produce high-quality graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools Create structured, visually consistent social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter Capture on-site photos and short-form videos that showcase daily operations, products, and team activity Edit captured media into usable content for social posts, reels, and short clips Develop post concepts, layouts, and messaging aligned with sales objectives Submit all content for review and approval by the sales team prior to publishing Maintain strict adherence to brand standards and visual consistency Organize and prepare content for scheduling using tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer Revise and iterate designs based on internal feedback Demonstrated experience in graphic design and social media post creation Experience capturing and editing photos and short-form video content (e.g., reels, short clips) Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and related tools Basic video editing capability (Adobe Premiere, mobile editing tools, or similar) Ability to translate real-world activity into clear, effective visual content Strong attention to detail in layout, composition, and branding Ability to manage multiple content streams (design + field capture) efficiently Effective collaboration skills, particularly when working with sales teams for content approval This is a design-first role with added responsibility for capturing authentic, real-world content.
