This role supports our creative team in developing marketing assets that drive engagement, tell brand stories, and perform in today’s fast-moving media landscape. Today’s marketing is social-first and digital-first. That means the ideal candidate understands how design works in feeds, on mobile devices, and in short-form content ecosystems like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Because we work with enthusiast brands, a genuine interest in cars, trucks, motorsports, overlanding, off-road culture, or the outdoor lifestyle is strongly preferred. Design digital-first marketing assets including:Social media graphicsYouTube thumbnails and channel graphicsEmail marketing visualsEvent and campaign graphicsSupport the creation of visual content optimized for modern social platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channelsAssist with visual identity development, including logos, brand assets, apparel graphics, and marketing collateralWork collaboratively with strategists, account managers, writers, and social media teams to ensure visual work aligns with campaign goalsMaintain organized project files and follow internal workflow processes through project management softwareTrack time and update project status in real time to support efficient project delivery Requirements
