Role Overview
We’re looking for a talented, detail-oriented Graphic Designer and Photo Editor to join our creative team. In this role, you'll enhance and prepare customer-submitted photos for porcelain printing, helping families and businesses commemorate moments and memories with elegance. You’ll also contribute to our marketing efforts across social media, print and digital platforms.
Schedule
This part-time position offers approximately 20 hours per week. The schedule requires 6–8 hours on both Mondays and Tuesdays, with one or two additional weekdays of your choice to complete the remaining hours. This role has the potential to transition to a full-time position or offer additional hours over time, based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Edit and enhance customer-submitted images for productionCreate clean, visually appealing layouts using Photoshop and product templatesPerform color correction and retouching (remove scratches, dust, blemishes, etc.)Deliver approximately 40 image proofs daily (some in under 5 minutes; others up to 10 minutes)Assist in developing marketing materials (magazine ads, web graphics, trade show displays, etc.)Support social media content creation and visual strategyQualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe PhotoshopStrong eye for composition, color, and detailAbility to work both independently and as part of a collaborative teamExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learnJob Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
