Coldwell Banker Island Properties is looking for a part-time in-house graphic designer to join our Kihei, Maui office. The right candidate will have marketing design experience with the ability to multitask, conceptualize and execute a variety of print and digital materials, collaborate with team members, and effectively communicate our company message while maintaining brand continuity across all projects. • Design impactful, on-brand deliverables for high-priority projects and campaigns. • Create engaging and informative infographics, brochures, and maps. Specialties desired: • Print design • Corporate branding • Data visualization • Infographics • Illustration Ideal qualifications: • Undergrad degree or certification in graphic design • 3-5 years experience as a graphic designer with digital and print knowledge • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Positive attitude, ability to work in a collaborative environment The position will be based out of our Kihei, Maui office for 20 hours/week.
