Part Time Graphic/Motion Designer (Greater Philadelphia))

We're looking for a PART TIME GRAPHIC / MOTION DESIGNER (full time potential) who is: • Able to produce high quality work, handle multiple projects while staying organized and works well under pressure / tight deadlines • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as other platforms such as Keynote, Microsoft Office, Asana, etc. • Specific experience with Animation using Adobe After Effects (please share as part of portfolio) • Able to / excited to conceptualize a project from start to finish • Focused on quality and thoughtfulness, while keeping the client objective top priority (we pride ourselves in providing great design solutions no matter the task) • Can follow and maintain a variety of client brand standards / guidelines • On time and can meet deadlines • Understanding and open to revisions - both internally and externally • Enjoys collaboration and is open to diverse perspectives • Has a confident point of view, but is able to communicate in a professional demeanor and is comfortable being client facing • Able to provide at least up to 15 hours of client-billable time a week, with the opportunity for more What we can OFFER is: • Complete involvement...we are a small creative studio and we're looking for someone who is eager to grow with us • The opportunity to focus on your strengths and help you grow - the industry is evolving and we encourage being on the pulse of new trends • A voice - considering we are a small studio you'll be working alongside the Creative Director and will have a very hands on experience • A competitive hourly rate with periodic opportunities for merit increases • Our commitment to your success - as we grow, you will have the opportunity to do so as well (i.e., potential for full time) • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design or related field • At least 2 years experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role • Proficient in necessary programs, primarily Adobe Creative Suite, with specific experience with Adobe After Effects • A strong aesthetic and creative point of view • Capable of meeting deadlines and project deliverables / expectations • Comfortable working in, and able to adapt to a variety of industries including, entertainment, LGBTQ+, Finance & Tech, Small Business, NPO, etc.
