Part Time Home Office Admin /Bookkeeper - QuickBooks proficient

Our home office is looking for an experienced and qualified candidate to work part time on a weekly basis. The office admin portion of the job is fairly straightforward. We are an all Mac office, if you aren't completely comfortable with a Mac, please do not apply. Requirements: • Basic office management skills • MUST be an expert at Excel and Word including in depth spreadsheets and mail merge • Proficient in QuickBooks 2020 and a complete Office Mac Environment • Basic graphic design and layout knowledge a plus • Problem-solving skills is crucially important to this role • Critical thinking skills are also highly important • MUST pay close attention to details • MUST be comfortable working in a home office environment • Part-time, flexible time, approximately 6 hours per week • Must be organized and have the highest level of integrity
