Part Time Home Office Admin /Bookkeeper - QuickBooks proficient

The space you will work in is a casual environment, therefore you must be comfortable working in a home office. The office administration part of this job is straightforward. Note – It is highly important that the candidate has experience as we are not interested in conducting in depth training. All software in office is Mac so proficiency is critical. • Basic office management skills • High Mac proficiency required • Expert at Excel and Word – including in depth spreadsheet knowledge • Ability to manage mailboxes and communications • Intermediate knowledge level of QuickBooks (QB 2016 for Mac) • Basic database knowledge is a plus • Basic graphic design knowledge is a plus • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills are critically important to this role • Detail-oriented is required • Basic financial knowledge is essential
