Part Time Marketing Coordinator

Earth Resources, Inc. a small woman owned environmental consulting firm in Tampa, has a part time position available for a marketing coordinator. Responsibilities include coordinating and executing proposals; writing and editing marketing materials, offering input and guidance on project and team selection for proposal pursuits; attending trade shows and conferences; and other various marketing tasks. The successful candidate must have a combination of education and/or experience totaling six years of relevant experience. Any of the following is acceptable: bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, journalism, communication arts, public relations, English, or related discipline plus 2 years of experience; associate degree in marketing, business, journalism, communication arts, public relations, English, or related discipline plus 4 years of experience; no degree plus 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with the following: • leading proposal submissions (RFPs, RFQs) • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • writing and editing technical content using AP style guidelines and grammar • working at an environmental, engineering, or construction firm • basic graphic design layout/visual translation of information • social media marketing • lead generation/teaming opportunities Salary is commensurate with experience.
