PART TIME - Marketing & Graphics Associate

Desired start date no later than April 27th. Graphic Design & Production Support • Support the Principal Graphic Designer with graphics production tasks as assigned • Replace, update, and maintain posters, signage, and visual displays throughout the theatre and public spaces • Assist with printing, trimming, folding, assembling, distribution, and timely rotation of programs, flyers, posters, and other printed materials • Prepare and organize design files and marketing assets for print and digital use • Support visual communication efforts to ensure brand consistency across all materials Marketing & Visual Communications Support • Assist with basic layout updates and production formatting using Adobe design software • Help maintain organized digital asset libraries and project files • Support routine updates to promotional materials under established guidelines • Assist with copyediting and conduct quality checks for accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment Qualifications • Entry-level experience in graphic design, visual production, or related support role preferred • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and/or other comparable design software(s) • Ability to follow established brand standards and design direction • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Willingness to learn, take direction, and support multiple projects concurrently • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Professional, positive demeanor in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to thrive in a mission-driven environment with strong values and culture; passionately committed to the Fox’s mission, vision, and strategic direction. • *This position description is a general guideline for work behavior and is not intended to be a comprehensive listing of all job duties.
