Part Time Virtual Assistant Needed

A virtual assistant is an independent contractor who provides administrative services to clients while operating outside of the client's office. A virtual assistant typically operates from a home office but can access the necessary planning documents, such as shared calendars, remotely. We have an excellent opportunity for a talented and self-motivated individual who is interested in a Part-Time Virtual Assistant (VA) Job. Responsibilities • Respond to emails and phone calls • Schedule meetings • Book travel and accommodations • Manage a contact list • Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records • Organize managers’ calendars • Perform market research • Create presentations, as assigned • Address employee’s administrative queries • Provide customer service as first point of contact Skills • Proven experience as an assistant working remotely or relevant role • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office) • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar) • Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills • Skilled in social media, content management, blog post writing • Graphic design, and Internet marketing. Pay is very good with other benefits.
