Roles & Responsibilities • Build and launch websites and landing pages • Debug and troubleshoot technical issues • Provide hands-on support with web development and maintenance as needed • Monitor and improve design to maximize leads and form fills on the website Qualifications and Skills • Portfolio showing modern web design work • 3+ years experience as a WordPress developer • Expert understanding of WordPress themes and plugins and Elementor • Passion for and expertise in UI and visual design for the web (desktop and mobile) • Ability to structure page layouts and understanding of frontend UX standards • Outstanding visual design, color, layout, and typography skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Good problem-solving skills • Attention to detail is a MUST Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
