Here at JXCE Clothing, where our mission is to partner and showcase Black/POC creatives, provide affordable and quality services, and help our local community drive our purpose and passion for what we do. We are a Black/Latinx/Queer women-owned company focused on highlighting the originality of our partners through contract and collaboration. JXCE Clothing is looking for a part-time patternmaker & seamstress to help with a specific set of tasks, including, but not limited to: \\- Sewing and constructing garment and other articles to JXCE specifications and preferences \\- Meeting with product designers to discuss base design \\- Reading and interpreting design models and blueprints \\- Creating rough-draft templates using computer drafting software and freehand techniques \\- Measuring, cutting, and designing patterns in the material required.
