PEOC CLEAR Program Coordinator

Job Description We are seeking a full-time Coordinator for our CLEAR Household Workers’ program to grow and support our household workers membership base. Areas of focus include in-house services, educational outreach, community organizing,and grassroots advocacy to advance household worker campaigns. \\- Develop and connect household workers to training and capacity building opportunities to build and strengthen worker power \\- Lead grassroots organizing with household workers to advance PEOC objectives and expand household worker membership base in the Inland Empire (San Bernardino and Riverside cities in particular) \\- Conduct in-house services and support to PEOC household worker membership including but not limited to wage theft claims, employee-employer mediation, and skills training. \\- Conduct educational outreach for household workers in the region to advance the rights of immigrant and low-wage workers, particularly household workers. The CLEAR Coordinator will also be in the field (various Zoom calls) in connection with community organizations, participating in coalition-building opportunities and coordinating outreach with household workers.
