We make functional coffee, matcha, and creamers that deliver calm energy, steady focus, and real well-being. We’re looking for a designer with a strong command of visual design, technical precision, and a sharp understanding of brand and storytelling. Requirements • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in growth, performance marketing / direct-response • Proficiency in Figma + Adobe Creative Suite • Experience in making ad creative for Meta, Google and other paid acquisition channels • Understanding of direct response marketing • Ability to analyze creative performance data and optimize designs for better results • Strong collaboration skills in a fast-paced, iterative environment
