Tiger Tracks is a fully remote performance marketing agency built by former Google marketing leaders with decades of experience managing top tier digital ad accounts. This role is fully end-to-end: you take a loose brief and ship a high-converting page or site with strong design, clean code, fast performance, and validated tracking. What You Will Do: • Own discovery, information architecture, wireframes, UI design, build, QA, launch, and iteration • Design and build landing pages and websites for ecommerce and lead generation • Ship across Shopify, Webflow, WordPress, and custom front-end stacks • Implement CRO iterations based on performance data and funnel intent • Set up and QA GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, and event tracking • Optimize for Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and SEO fundamentals • Collaborate with media, strategy, and copy teams so post-click experiences match the ad angle • Maintain clean documentation, files, and handoffs What You Bring: • 5+ years of experience designing and building websites end-to-end • A portfolio with live URLs showing work you designed and built • Expertise in Figma, conversion-focused UX, and fast iteration • Strong front-end fundamentals including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, and accessibility • Comfort with component-based development and modern workflows • Proficiency in Git and deployment tools such as Vercel, Netlify, or Cloudflare • Strong debugging skills across devices, browsers, CMS themes, and third-party scripts • Performance optimization experience including caching, image optimization, lazy loading, and Lighthouse QA • Ability to ramp into unfamiliar platforms and still deliver high-quality work • Clear communication, accurate estimates, and independent ownership Non-Negotiables • You can ideate, design, build, and ship without hand-holding • You move fast without sacrificing quality • You launch with tracking validated and pages fully QA'd
