Description OverviewWe are currently looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Graphics department in Allegan, MI. It is expected this individual be able to live within a commutable distance to our Allegan, MI office.Scope of the RoleGenerate packaging art for a variety of over-the-counter medications and self-care products.Design artwork based on a variety of inputs: customer direction, engineering dies, marketing direction, and regulatory affairs labeling specifications.Check artwork for compliance with all labeling requirements and specifications, assuring no deviations. High level of accuracy required.Follow controlled workflow processes including electronic documentation for each project.Experience RequiredTypically these skills are acquired with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphics/Fine Arts or related field along with 2+ years professional experienceMust have excellent command of Adobe Creative software including proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop. Strong technical proficiency necessary.Must have strong attention to detailStrong organizational skills and ability to navigate complex systemsKnowledge of multiple print processes preferredMust be able to successfully manage multiple projects in electronic workflows to meet deadlinesMust be able to work within established processes and use standard work instructionsAbility to conceptualize/brainstorm new ideasBenefitsWe believe our people are our greatest asset.
