As the owner's assistant, you will be involved in all aspects of the agency and charged with helping to coordinate dozens of team members as well as clients. Anything goes in this role as your number one job is to make the owner's life easier and help the company run more efficiently. You will need to take a personality and cognitive ability assessment. If you don't have a ton of experience but can make a compelling case...you will be considered.
