My company buys, sells and services commercial fitness equipment for hotels, universities, professional athletes, celebrities and other high-end clientele. I'm looking for a trustworthy executive assistant who can help out on the administrative side. The applicant must be personable, positive attitude, intelligent, organized, flexible, and comfortable assisting me with daily phone/email tasks, online research, data entry and other tasks. Bilingual, graphic design, marketing, e-commerce experience and fitness lover a big plus. You will eventually be working remotely and need your own computer, phone and internet.
