Catering Assistant job description (Variable & Flexible Hours) • Errands: Amazon Returns, Light shopping, picking up desserts, going to the bank…etc. • Vehicles: Taking for oil changes, Washing Vehicles at car wash, taking vehicles to mechanic • Organizing: Shelves, vehicles • Computer work: Emailing and communicating with vendors, fixing easy computer issues • Making Phone Calls to schedule fixing, or account related information • Data Entry: Typing recipes, lead logs, blogs, • Scheduling and communicating with person who fixes stuff or vendors • Graphic Design, Typing menus • Instagram / Facebook / Social Media a plus but not required • Working parties as needed if interested and available
