You do not need experience as a server or host in the restaurant business, but it is a bonus. I live on the eastside where I'll need you periodically and your tasks will be limited to the central Austin area. Depending on your experience this could be a 10 hour or 25 hour/week position. My clients have come to expect coherent and professional emails and reports and you'll be an extension of me. At the same time my clients, customers, and colleagues expect a polished and benign appearance; it's my way of showing respect to them just as is expected in the restaurant business.
