Triangle Atlantic Casket Company is looking for a talented, hands-on Embroidery & Graphic Design Specialist to join our Personalization Deptpartment!

We serve funeral homes throughout the Southeast, creating personalized casket accessories and memorial products that help families honor their loved ones in meaningful ways.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, creating custom designs, operating equipment, and seeing their ideas become finished products.

What You'll Do

Create custom embroidery designs, graphics, lettering, and artwork.
Operate commercial embroidery machines, vinyl cutters, plotters, and printers.
Prepare artwork for embroidery, vinyl applications, and printing.
Communicate with customers to understand their personalization requests.
Create digital design proofs and make revisions based on customer feedback.
Apply custom designs to various materials and products.
Inspect completed products to ensure accuracy and quality.
Manage multiple customer orders and meet production deadlines.
Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
Assist with developing new products, designs, and creative ideas.

What We're Looking For

Experience with embroidery machines and graphic design preferred.
Familiarity with embroidery digitizing software is a plus.
Experience with Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar programs preferred.
Creative, detail-oriented, and enjoys hands-on work.
Strong computer and communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dependable, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn new equipment, software, and production techniques.

Experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider creative, motivated individuals who are eager to learn.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $23.00–$25.00 per hour

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 35 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform detailed production tasks.
Comfortable working around embroidery machines and other production equipment.
Occasional driving of a company vehicle may be required.
