As a hands-on creative, you will need expertise in the relevant design software to deliver excellent graphic design for exploration, consumer learning, and final delivery for shelf. You will be responsible for participating in the creative design process to help teams generate concepts for superior packaging and communication. What you'll do everyday: Design and develop visual assets to support strategic design initiatives from conception through final package design Inspire the business through creative & innovative problem-solving Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced and driven consistently across all design touchpoints. Job Qualifications BA/BS or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or a similar field. Starting Pay / Salary Range: $85,000 to $115,000 Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
