You will help us ensure that our most strategic customers are leveraging the platform to drive maximum ROI for their business, as well as help us devise more automated and self service methods to ensure all our customers are making the most of Advocado. Over time, your experience will grow and you will even begin to help us manage critical customer pilots of new features, refine our roadmap and prioritize the features we should add to make the platform work better for our customers! Assist the customer success team in answering customer questions about platform capabilities, best practices and recommendations for how to use the platform. Become a SME on how the Advocado platform can be used to activate search, social and programmatic digital campaigns in sync with linear TV buys. ** ** **Qualifications:** * 3+ Years of experience in paid search digital marketing * Experience using data driven analytics around paid search and/or social campaigns * Experience using Google Analytics to analyze paid marketing campaign performance * Experience managing search campaigns on Google Ads * Experience with at least one approach to web attribution (i.e. attributing website activity to marketing channels) * Experience managing paid social media campaigns (i.e. Facebook Ads) a plus * Experience using search engine marketing optimization platforms (i.e. Skai / Kenshoo) a plus ** ** **Why you want to work here:** * We’re a Midwestern company with a West Coast mentality.
