We are looking for a Senior Reservoir Engineer to join us!Candidate Requirements :Bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field10-20+ years of reservoir engineering experience in oil and gas, geothermal, mining, or unique experiential fit to roleStrong technical background in reservoir engineering including phase behavior, material balance, volumetrics, transient analysis, and multi-phase fluid flow conceptsCreative out of the box problem solver with exploration experience working in integrated teams collaborating with geoscientists and engineersOperations domestically and internationally including DST and production test evaluationAble to create and work with tank and geo-cellular modelsExperience with a wide variety of reservoirs including clastics, carbonates and fractured reservoirs will be a critical considerationExperience with large data analytics and design of experimentsExperience working with Competent Persons Reports and Reserves ReportsJob Responsibilities :Responsible for all reservoir engineering workflows at KolomaDesign and implement reservoir models to predict reservoir performance in various and sometimes novel subsurface environmentsPerform theoretical studies on hydrogen recovery, migration, fault seal, column predictionModeling and identifying additional testing and analysis from PVT & SCAL studiesAssess subsurface characterization and value. This includes estimating ultimate hydrogen recovery ranges and developing single well and full field recovery models with production forecasting pre and post drillDevelop internal process to create SPE and SEC equivalent contingent and prospective hydrogen resources and reservesOnboarding Notes :Koloma provides exceptional benefits including healthcare, vision, dental, and a retirement planThis is an in-office role in Denver, Colorado.
