Who You Are • A designer with taste (your eye matters more than your years) • Obsessed with beauty, wellness, and culture • Curious, self-directed, and always leveling up • Comfortable working in a small, creative studio • Have a strong portfolio with at least 3–5 real or mock projects • Comfortable with feedback and collaboration • You think like a creative AND a problem-solver • Excited about growing into more strategy, direction, and leadership over time Application Question(s): • This is a part-time hybrid role (15–25 hrs/week) with the potential to grow into full-time.
