The purpose of this job is to provide customers with a service that assures the processed files are print ready for our vendors. This involves checking customer's files on a wide variety of issues, correcting and communicating with customers in order to get correct files over to the printer. Must have experience in the print industry. * Resolving problems in a timely manner. * Set up print & delivery dates with vendors to make sure our customers receive their orders on time.
